Im not saying all people that believe in God don't ( in the words of Fred Standford)"you big dummy." Im just saying people are more willing to believe in God than anything else like the existance of exterestials.

You wouldn't be generalising about every person on Earth that believes in God now, are you? Because I think you're going to offend a heck of a lot of people!!
Is it your own personal experience that ALL people who believe in God "laugh at those who believe in aliens"?
You should get out more!! (Or start hanging around with Scientologists, they believe in aliens, just like those ones L. Ron wrote about in his sci-fi books.........!! They like aliens a LOT.)

I'm in the heart of space alien country.
Concerning aliens, there are two kinds of people. There are those that BELIEVE, and I mean BELIEVE. And there are those that don't, like me.
But whether they believe in aliens or not, the common thing they have which each other is the belief in God
Most I've met that believe in aliens believe God created them also.

Because people are cannonized at a young age to believe certain things that the observe in everyday life. If someone were to grow up seeing someone claiming an alien sighting every week, but only saw people go to church one or twice a year, they would be more likely to believe in aliens than in God.

Maybe they aren't quite convinced that they DON'T believe in aliens. Maybe they truly wish to hear more. They are looking for answers but are afraid because they might have to change the way they live their lives in order to follow a belief in aliens.

Maybe if the aliens should have left a "book" 2,000 years ago saying someday they would come back. That seems to be all it takes.

I would say from the balance of people who believe in each? God has many many more supporters which make it more of a society norm in the public eye.... :)

I've wondered this before as well. ;p I very strongly believe in both gods and aliens; perhaps gods are aliens.
