They might be too basic.
1. Are "ho" and "po" intercheangable in a sentence? I know there is a slightly difference (that I am still not sure I understand). Where should it be placed? After the verb? Could it be placed in some other place in the sentence "Saan po ang Bagyo?"?
2. I think I understand the differences and similarities between "saan" and "nasaan". But... can a question with "saan" be answer with "nasa" and a question with "nasaan" be answered with "sa"? As in "Saan doon ang Samar? Doon nasa Bisaya ang Samar". Or the answer MUST be "Doon sa Bisaya ang Samar"?
3. Yes, you guessed right: I am an absolute beginer. And this one will confirm this: In my close-minded western mind, I would have expected that in "Ang mga pulong ito ang Bisaya", the linker -ng were applied to "ito" and not to "pulo"! Does this mean that this linker can be used in words other than adjectives?

"jesus died for you, how can you not care?" and "we care about human life, down with abortion!" when:

1. I don't believe jesus ever existed and

2. You're against abortion for "human life"? It doesn't seem like you care about "human life" when muslim civilians are being slaughtered or people in 3rd world countries die of poverty.

What is a cult? is it simply an unpopular religion? I would go so far as to say when a religious group compels you to hurt yourself or another person that would be a cult. But short of that what makes a cult a cult? Also I will give your answer no credibility if you bash other beleif systems just because they are not yours.

I`d like to compare Indonesian and Spanish.
in Indonesia, people NEVER speak formal language. They created new style of languages (slang words), that are grammatical incorrect, and a "crazy new" words. Only 20% of legal Indonesian words that are taught to us from school are being use in daily conversation
I have ever heard a tourist from USA who spoke Indonesian with me, and it`s very funny because we never use those formal language in daily conversation.

My question is is that things also occurs in Spain? or Spanish speaking countries?

Saint Peter was crucified on a inverted cross because he believed he was not Jesus worthy of a nomal cross. In recent times, the inverted cross has been used to show a distaste for Christianity or worn by teenagers to be rebelious. It wasn't always that way, the inverted cross used to be worn to show that you were trying to be Jesus like but you would never presume to be Jesus.

Are you brave enough to wear a inverted cross for the original reason and take the ribbing, the looks, and the questions?

All of us have this in common. We believe in a superior being that we call God. Why don't we unite, and believe in the same God and forget about all that non sense and stupidities that divide us that only degrade the human race. We are destroying ourselves for stupid reasons.

Lets forget about the past, (The Crusades), and lets think about the present.

Why there is so much vengeance in this World? In the end having all the power doesn't bring any happiness, just fake satisfaction.

Man, how should I put this?

Have you met someone that speaks a language the person doesn't "look" like s/he speaks but does?

For example,

1) a caucasian American woman with blond hair and bright blue eyes that speak fluent Mandarin Chinese with NO accent?

2) a 7-year old Korean boy that speaks FLUENT Spanish with an Mexican Spanish accent?

3) a Norwegian man that speaks perfect Lebanese Arabic?

4) an Egyptian professor that speaks perfect English with an RP accent (BBC British) accent)?

5) or perhaps a Korean-American male newscaster that speaks English like an American without ANY trace of Asian accent?
