I would defend my country no matter what it took. (within the rules of proper warfare and Gods law)
How do I know there are proper rules for war? Because weve been seeing a decline in them recently!
A. Targetting civilians
B. Fighting out of uniform
C. Leaderless armies

WW III already has broken out.
Human shields arent my way. I wouldn't qualify for service anyway. I support the people who are fighing it.

If WWIII took place, I would consider helping the safety of the community before aiding the country because it is closer to home. I would not consider hiding because hiding is a bad example. If a government official chose to hid, he is only showing weakness. Others look up to such people and if they saw that person hiding, the people will lose faith and also hide and fallback. I would not be at the frontline unless there came reason to such as a lack of volunteers. If there were less people protecting my community, I would stay.

If you mean "would I be willing to protect those I love with myself," then yes; if it is someone I love, I would protect them with my life without hesitation; any man with compassion and a heart would do that for the woman he loves/a family member. Also, if you mean otherwise, how could one person put an end to World War III by using themselves as a human sheild? Please elaborate.

World War III knows no compasion for human shields. Muslims use innocent muslim citizens in wars they start - and it hasnt stopped their lust for blood yet.
