When I was little, and in school, kids would ask me if I ate corn flakes. I'm from Texas, and my accent is worse than most.

What exactly does this mean, or, imply? Asking if I eat corn flakes? I never really understood it.

My husband and I recently had our little girl dedicated to the Lord. When she old enough, maybe in her teens or early adult years, she will then be baptized. We wanted her faith and her personal relationship with God to be her choice. Some kids, I feel, get dunked for the wrong reasons and then don't live up to their baptismal duties. What do you think?

Evolution vs Intelligent Design.This a debate that will last for a long time even though evolution is just a scientific hypothesis. Evolution tells you that jesus wasnt God but an ape man that was wise in his teaching.Anyone else finds this hilarious? (And yes,I know alot Atheist will be putting their comments on how God is not real, and will say theres a lack of evidence or no evidence,even though its everywhere.Doesnt matter though,Their answers wont do anything.)

Regardless of your spiritual/religious beliefs, assuming there is a GOD, what would ask if you knew you would get the answer to whatever 1 question you asked. Would you be willing to take action if the answer revealed something you must do after recieving it? Would you want real understanding or just to tell HIM off if you could? Be specific.

Oh yeah, it sounds like fun but is it really. Someone in these little mange' trois always feels slighted. I think that these are just purely egoistic sexual endeavors to fill a man's quaint little fantasies but in real life it never works. Or maybe I am wrong! Care to set me straight?

Do you think it is about time that Priests be allowed to marry in the Christian faith? Personally if they can get some action in bed with their wives, maybe they'll leave the little kids alone and stop molesting them.

Surely Priests that abuse, mistreat and rape children are going straight to hell!! If Joe Schmoe does that, the religious people say that he will go to hell (providing he doesn’t repent but that is a WHOLE OTHER STORY THERE)

But do you say the same for the Priest that you see every Sunday… the priest that married you… the priest that baptized your children….?

Taking innocence, rape and manipulation - surely a "man of god" knows better and deserves to go to hell

I wasn't sure what it was, but some1 sent me the following info:

So from that list of things it should be easy to see who Lord God is

In an abortion related question, many people cited the fact that people would have "back-alley abortions" as a reason why it should be kept legal. I'm not here to start a debate about whether abortion should be legal or not, I'm just saying that you can't use "people would do it anyway" as a reason.
Should everything that people do be legalized just because people do it? Should only things that people never do be illegal? That doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

P.S. I'm putting this in the religion category only because that's where the quesiton that inspired this question was...
