About a year ago, I donated some money to a couple of charities that had sent me address labels ... and now I'm deluged with labels! I'm receiving them not just from the original companies I donated to, but from numerous others. I know how to remove my name from general "junk mail" lists, but I haven't found a good way to remove my name from charitable mailing lists.

Am i like, one of the only people who dont have any discrimination against any race at all? i just saw some post about some guy complaining about how black people talk and the things black people recieve just for being black (like college and stuff) I was wondering why do some people have so much animosity against black people? or why do some black people have animosity against white people? i remeber when i was in the 7th grade and there was one kid that was white (he came to a all black school) and alot of black kids made fun of him for being different, i stood up for him and became one of his best friends becasue when we hung out we didnt see race, or color, we saw all the other things that mattered to us. now im 18 and he is 19 and we still talk about all kind of things. i can almost call him my brother!
so this question goes out to everyone who hate another race for the smallest reasons

why do so many stooopid mf'rs think that they can just behave badly, do stooopid crap, etc etc etc, and not have to feel accountable for it? then when you do call 'em on it,,, they come unglued?
oh how i long for the days when you could just thump some idiot, they'd call the cops, then the cops would take THEM to task for acting the fool.
you know,,, all this "pc" behavior society has adopted,,,, SUCKS!!!!!!
personally, i think the world is a much worse place for it.

I'm Japanese. A guy from New York told me that the Japanese who try to speak English sound like they're all brain damaged. Japanese accent sounds stupid, he said. I wasn't offended because what he said is a plain fact for him. By the way, he teaches English in Japan. In Japan, there are many foreigners, and, for example, Americans who speak Japanese sound very cute while Chinese accent sounds funny (humorous). So, I'd like to ask how the Japanese who speak English sound like to you.

I am not gay but I believe that everyone should have equal rights and shouldn't be descriminated. What does who you like, or you're skin color, or how much money you make have to do with anything.? I want to fight for rights for all people who are discriminated. Have a good day.

I had a stressful and academically challenging second semester at school and so I decided that I would just hang out and play soccer this summer rather than try to get a job or an internship or volunteer position. Now I am regretting this decision, partially because I am getting a little bored and partially because I realize that I may be wasting time in which I could be working or interning or volunteering in order to aid in my college application process (and, of course, making money or helping people). Though I will only be a high school sophomore in the fall, I would like to keep my college options open and know that many prestigious colleges are interested in how applicants utilized their summers.

That said, what can I do in western Wisconsin to salvage what's left of my summer (keeping in mind I will be gone the first 2 weeks of August and can't drive)? ...Or is it simply too late? Thanks in advance for your honesty!

For example: You'll be talking with someone about religion. You'll ask, "What religion are you?" They'll reply, "I'm Christian." ('Christian' is not a religion. It's a belief system.) Only after pressing them will they tell you, "I'm Baptist." Is it something their religious leaders tell them to say? I've seen both Romanian, Hungarian, and American Baptists all do the same thing.
