Well, we're dealing with two different pantheons here, Greek and Norse. This makes it a hard call.
However, both are at about the same rank. Each one led the gods in their respective religions.
Zeus is pretty powerful, but he lacks wisdom. Odin is equally powerful, but is the wisest of all men and gods (according to legends), giving him a slight advantage. Both Zeus and Odin can change their shape, so that's a draw. In the end, I'd have to give it to Odin.
He's not only the most powerful of the Norse Gods, he's so bad-*** that he popped out one of his eyes and hung from the world tree to get omniscience. Anyway, Zeus was always too busy chasing the ladies to really focus much.
All Odin would have to do is change shape and pretend to be a lovely young maiden. Zeus would scurry over to try and get some, and WHAPOW - Odin would slam his spear Gungnir right into Zeus' philandering heart.
Or something like that.

Odin of course, but then again I am biased... I noted a fair bit of misinformation the previous answers... Odin did not hang his eye on the world tree (Yggdrasil) to gain omniscience... he gave his eye to the Mimir's well, to obtain knowledge of his own death and to see the future ( according to the lore) but then he took Mimir's head (nothing like having an oracular head hanging around..)He hung himself from Yggdrasil for nine nights with out food & water for the knowledge of the Runes...which he gave to humanity...But Zeus was just a mack who was always playing his wife Hera... Odin did his fair share of Mackin too... but it was for a reason... ( the mead of poetry for instance)... Odin was the man with the plan
Odin & Zeus are most definately NOT the same diety... Hel they aren't even the same archtype....Just because they are both the head of thier respective pantheons... that does not mean they fulfilled the same niche for the peoples who venerate(d) them...Zeus has more in common with Thor... and Odin with Hermes ( traveling messenger) imho... as far as archtypes go. Pantheism is more prevelant in the neo-pagan newage movement...but once you have some gnosis under your belt you realize that they are indeed individual personalites ... not just the Jungian Archtypes..

They would resolve it. As is always the case, the Greek mythology would accept Odin into their religion as Zeus's son, etc.
