People get so pursecuted in this world why cant we ever just accept people for who they are and like just hate the sin not the sinner and not get those automatic steroyotypes in this world and hurt the people we love most.

How can those who are in the Gay & Lesbian Christian movement justify Biblically the leading of a homosexual lifestyle? From my reading of the Bible, such a lifestyle is definitely ruled out. But interested in other views. And before anyone accuses me of homophobia I adhere to the tenet "Hate the sin, but love the sinner".

Surely they're not that way at home? We were in a restaurant yesterday and people had let their kids spill food and cookies all over the floor... then walk on them so that they were ground into the carpet. The beverage station was a mess too... and the bathrooms had paper towels all over the floor and toilets weren't flushed. What is the deal??? Grrrr!!!

These people from other parts of the world who have not heard of the name Jesus, what will happen to them? If I go by the biblical passage that we will be saved by believing in Jesus, how bout them? Don't they have their own messiah and do they think the same way for us?

Think about it, women couldn't vote in the past, now they can, but it took time. Cigarettes were everywhere at one time, now they're banned from most indoor areas, this took time. We're smart enough now to eventually realize that religion is false, we're advanced, we are not the people of 2000 years ago, yet this curse of religion is still upon us? How long untill it becomes obsolete, that it's a minor performed activity? 20 years? 100 years? ??

I have tried all the "usual"..classses, Volunteer work, Church,etc. It seems everyone is busy and has lived here their whole lives, and are not very accepting of "Newcomers". ( AND it seems the people are so DIFFERENT.. ( I am more of a "City" person). I lost my parents a long time ago, and have one grown chid who lives far away. I pretty much don't care about anything anymore. It's a shame, as I feel I have so much to offfer, .

On Friday, I was walking home from work and I always walk home the same way but something was telling me to go home another way. So I did. On the way I met this man who needed help pushing his car, so I helped him get it out of the road and kept walking. Some bum asked me for some money for a beer, so being Friday I gave it to him. Then, 10 minutes later I found a $100 bill in the street.
This type of thing happens to me a lot. I don't feel it's only chance or circumstance. Following my gut has helped me out so many times in my life and I trust it always.

I went to a Pentecostal Church this Sunday since I am trying to find me a home church. Well they scared. Some fell on the floor and was jerking badly, and some was talking in what I assume to be called tongues. Is that scriptual? I read some and what I found was confusing at moment. Can anyone help me understand what they was doing?
