no I think you should seat them at a very high table with low chairs. Anyone who would think of such a stupid question would find this funny I am sure. Just because someone is smaller doesn't mean they need your assistance. As has been stated I am sure they would ask should they need it. And besides how often does a small person come into your restaurant that you would even think of something like this?

If he needs assistant he will ask you. I mean, how embarrassed woudl you be if someone asked you that?
Treat them as you would anyone else, and he'll ask if assistance is needed.

treat him or her like you would any other human being as that is what they are..you smile and sit them down like any other person..if they want a bigger chair they will ask you for it...
