Have you been a victim to their endless crimes?

one help me to understand it? I mean, how do we know that Christ really is who he said he was, aside from the Bible, which men clearly wrote. What proof is there? I am not joking or trying to be condescending, I am genuinely trying to understand. I mean, my mother is a minister and I don't get it. What makes him different than any other self-proclaimed messiah? Why should I believe? Please help me to understand.

Why do so many people bash Catholic Church? Don't Protestants know that their whole theology and beliefs are about protesting the Catholic Church? That's why they are called PROTESTants. Is it guilt?

When Satan bargained with Jesus to bow down and worship him, Jesus made it clear that we should worship only God alone, correct?

Matthew 4:10
Then Jesus said to him, “You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only shall you serve."

So why did He not stop, rebuke, or correct all the various people that worshipped Him?

When my father died he was so weak from cancer that there wasn't much I could say or that he could respond to. I have thought about what I could have said, sooner, but the words never came. I am sure I am not the only one. One always thinks there will be a little more time, but time slips by sooner than we think.

Why is it that when things get tough, or people experience problems... everyone goes for the easy cop out answer of "turn and run". I read many questions on here, about relationships, racism, etc... and it seems 9 out of 10 answers are just... "Oh ditch your friends and find new ones" or "Dont waste your time on that" It seems so many people theses days hate the idea of effort. It really annoys me that people try to find the easy answers to EVERYTHING.... Haven’t they heard the saying... NOTHING IN LIFE WORTH DOING IS EASY! I think that saying rings very true. I would like all of your input on this also... It just confuses me... I have no problem putting in time and hard work... why do so many people want the easy way ... Are we all becoming super lazy? I saw my neighbor drive to get her mail.... its honestly 20 yards away!!!! Im scared as to what this means to this country... any thoughts would be much appreciated.

We can easily be told that George Washington was the first president of the USA and believe it. But if we are told that God created all of existence we do not understand it (since evolution is so much more logical). How do we really know anything is true without seeing it for ourselves. We must all believe something in our lives, wether it be a "fact" from a textbook, or a "fact" from the bible. Why don't we just accept the bible for what it is?- the first textbook. Why don't we question the "facts" we are taught in school?

or do you wear the clothes you do because you like the way they look? Or a combination of both. I wear the clothes I do because I like the way they look. and the looks that comewith it are just a sideffect. sometimes one that I don't even think about beforehand. I'd actually rather I didn't get them most of the time. I don't like attention, but I don't like the idea of rude people controlling me, and how I dress.
