Well, we have to knock on your door, it's the only way we can say "hello" or "have a nice day" because you do not have enough Bible knowledge to converse with others at their door, I most surely see this as I go door to door, Jehovah's Witnesses can hold a conversation with any person of any religion.

If someone from another religion, besides the Mormons came to my door, would probably have to dial "911" for medical care.

Other religions have tryed going house to house, and within a very short period of time, they quit. Wonder why, oh, I already know.

Jehovah's Witnesses do not work to please poor spellers, but rather to please God. Yet, such "hatred" should be expected by true Christians in this time of the end, and it actually helps identify Jehovah's Witnesses as Christ's true disciples:

(John 15:19) If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you.

(Luke 6:22) “Happy are you whenever men hate you, and whenever they exclude you and reproach you and cast out your name as wicked for the sake of the Son of man.

(1 Peter 4:4) Because you do not continue running with them in this course to the same low sink of debauchery, they are puzzled and go on speaking abusively of you.

(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

It seems signficant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:

(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

would u turn Jesus away if he came to your door??? we as Jehovah Witness to the same thing. learn how to spell Jehovah Gods name right. we don't try to change your religion. only you can change it. we are not a cult and if you don't want us annoying you just tell us to put your name on a do not call list so we will not annoy you. don't be nasty, we have feeling just like you. we cry and laugh, pay bills and have problems just like you.

You mean Jehovah's Witnessess? Don't you??

I don't hate it. It's an opportunity for a Born-Again Believer to share.

God Bless.
p.s. better watch out the Christians are coming, the Christians are coming...

First of all find the purpose why they are knocking. And spell their name right. I think the one unimformed is you. Now if your not intrested you can tell us. Our main purpose is to advice people. Its up to them if they want to receive it.
would you get mad at somebody for knocking at your door because your house is on fire, and wants to save your life?

Correct spelling is "Jehovah."

And to answer your question, I don't hate it, I just find it to be a disagreeable experience. I'm pretty confident in my religion as it is.

I hate it! They always seem to come early Saturday mornings when I have a hangover. It's like take your stupid little booklet that has a cover with people and big lions and sheep sitting all together, roll it up and smoke it or shove it up yer holy hole.

they are the only religion that can go door to door and try to convert people. i was always told to take a bible or a rosary or a cruxifix or other holy object to the door and they will never come back.

i don't think they've stopped here since then.

Some how this country has free religious rights and missionaries are everywhere. I like to teach about what it means when Jesus said "where are your accusers now". What do you like about your religion? Feed the church people.

I don't hate it, bu I DO ask them to not come back. They have an organized system and will mark your house as a "do not call on" if you request it....
Most people don't realize that...
