God is neither in the sense of the definitions of the words. Our minds are used to wordly thinking: everything has a beginning and end, everything has a size.
God has no beginning or end, He was, He is, and He is to come.
God has no size, He is everywhere around us, around the earth, around the Heavens, the universe.
It's hard to fathom these descriptions, but men were not made to think like God. He is too great for our small minds.

god is perfect ubiquitous omnipresent he is every where and any where he is near to us then our blood and heart in a holy speech of god he says that all all universe with all its galaxies which are the more then billons the billons its very high and huge and that galaxes has bilons of very high and huge stars too (that very huge universe so we cant even imagine that) is like a small ring which is throwen in a very big desert (if it comperd to the chair of god
