I have these wonderful friends that I met in college. Things were so GREAT with our friendship. These two good friends were there for me even at one of the most crucial times in my life. But now its been almost 9-10 years since I've known them. As our friendship went on, their was lot of jealousy. Careerwise, Relationships.....I admit I wasn't such a good friend. Now our friendship is drifting apart. An upcoming wedding that I wasn't invited to is tommorrow, and they are friends with the girl who is getting married, I was too. Now, I feel that they are so sick of me and my name dropping and acting spoiled that they are going to be friends with her and her new husband.
I played the piano at these wonderful friends' wedding when they asked me too. But now, Our friendship just seems one sided. They moved an hour away from here, it takes awhile for them to answer my calls. They get angry whenever I share good things in my life with them, they aren't happy for me.

I just wnat to say that I am a very normal person with a husband and children. I ahve not been able to sleep at night, but last night I was feeling strange like demons were trying to get me. I have been depressd lately so maybe thats a porthole. But I am very strong and a true believer in God, although I am an occasional church goer. I had my door open last night I just had the screen door locked, and 2 times it sounded like some one was rattling my door so i checked it and no one was there. Am I losing my mind? does anyone have any insight to this... Thanks

Julit, was my good friend and i really love her with all my heart and am ever ready to go the extra mile in other to make her happy. Time without number i always called her to find out how she is faring. To my surprise, she began to distance her self from me as at the time i was involved in am accident that almost cost me my life. As fate may have it, i sustain a fatal fracture injury in my left leg and i was on the ground for almost six months and she could not find it good to come and see me. She only come after i have called her several time and complained why she should be treating me this way and she give excuses of not having time hence she could not come all this while. When i finally got up from the sick bed with the help of God, i still love her despite the way she behave and as a result i still call her nearly every now and then but she never call me once. She always give me excuses of not having money to buy airtime. Now i have decided to to call her again. advice!

I moved to another country and it looks like I'll never ever see my friends again. We've been friends for like sooooooo long. I sometimes desperately wish that I could see them again or hang out with them. I feel like a heavy weight is on me or like my soul has a piece missing. Have you ever felt this pain too? Did you ever see your friends or loved ones again?

I am good at analysing individuals, for example if I sit opposite someone on the train I am usually quite good at ascertaining what they do, or their lifestyle, etc, by observation.

But how can I hone my skills when it comes to whole situations or larger environments? Thanks

so, we have a couple. the "dominant" (leading) partner will be the one that needs the other the least. That partner -not needing that much factors to keep the relation alive- will start "playing" with the others needs, feelings, projections, affections, and so, will end by setting the rules of conduct accordingly to his/hers own projections.

cruel? i do not know. true?

well, if so, dominance in a couple kill love.

agree? disagree? motivate

For out of it flows the issues of life. What are the issues that flow out of your heart? how can you stop what you don't want?
Does what comes out of your heart have a negative influence in your life (i.e. attitudes, hatred, anger etc)

It was all just a hunch when I couldn't believe what I heard the DJ said on the radio, she said something that particularly concerned me, maybe she was referring to someone else since she didn't mention my name. But everyday the more I listened to her the more I begin to suspect that the person was really me. How do I know? If somebody says something that indicates he knows what you feel at the moment, it's okay to think that it's just coincidence. What if this goes on for many days, months, and suppose he could also "hint" like saying something or making a sound on the radio that would lead you to think that he knew, somehow, what you were thinking, and play music and make comments that had something to do with what you were thinking or feeling in that particular moment, wouldn't you even start to have even the slightest suspicion that he might be referring to you? The frequency of the coincidence is just too much to ignore, but it's not my style to stalk someone. They keep denying it

I believe those of us who are lucky enough to have at least ONE person in our lives that shape us into the people we are today, there is no greater gift than such a privilege.

Tell me about such a person in your life, and what aspects/characteristics you hold so dear of that person that you strive(d) to be just like them.

I believe leaders should practice what they preach and lead through example, so I'll go first:

There's a man in my life named Richard Park; I wanted to be just like him as a kid, acting how he was, whether that was silly or serious. I not only observed and mimicked the way he dressed, acted, and carried himself, but his work-ethic on and off the basketball court - he inspired me in such ways that he was the reason why I picked up the game of basketball.

Let's hear about yours - I'm sure not just I, but everyone would like to hear your biggest influences, and your success stories that soon followed :)

Recently we always hears about doctor's carelessness in doing their jobs. Their patients have suffered. Some of them died or got physically handicapped. So, what are your comment? Should we blame them or they have any reasons?
