They will tell you - plain and simple. There are no "signs", people are very straightforward when it comes to their feelings. And you must approach this with your mind, not your heart. The heart distorts reality and hence the saying "love is blind", because you can't see things for what they really are with the "rose colored glasses".

people will always have feelings for you especially the close ones. what you are talking about is the intensity of it.
if it is strong enough for you to start off a relationship especially with the opposits sex. it will be good for you to defineyour relationships before going into them, some of them grow into strong ones and some dont. but you can know when you are wanted if the other person reciprocates your affection, even in ordinary greeting!!!!!!!!!

.....I guess the only way to know is through OBSERVATION...
When you want to know if a person feels for you try observing him or her.... their actions show how they feel for you...
You'll feel something different if you just try to observe the way that person moves... Then you'll know...
Actions speaks louder than words....
