I just wnat to say that I am a very normal person with a husband and children. I ahve not been able to sleep at night, but last night I was feeling strange like demons were trying to get me. I have been depressd lately so maybe thats a porthole. But I am very strong and a true believer in God, although I am an occasional church goer. I had my door open last night I just had the screen door locked, and 2 times it sounded like some one was rattling my door so i checked it and no one was there. Am I losing my mind? does anyone have any insight to this... Thanks

A bout of depression isn't causing this. You're having trouble falling/staying asleep, and in typical form, we don't know what causes noises when we can't see them, and we get a bit frightened by them. Have some chamomile tea to relax you, get an over the counter sleep aid, shut and lock all doors and windows, and sleep. The things you are imagining are coming about due to lack of sleep. There are no demons, there is nothing wrong with you. You're just tired, that's all.

since i was a child i have delt with spirits some good some not so good, you are not loosing your mind, your house is probally haunted or you could be drawing some kind of super natural force yourself, you are right depression and other emotions can influence these things. if it gets too bad you may need to get some out side help, but seeing how you are a beleiver in god, all you really need is his word, so when you start feeling like there is something there that is evil, start praying for god to fill and surround you, the best weapon against evil is gods word so pick up the bible and start reading from it also and stand on your beleif in him and demand that the demon leave in the name of the lord, gods promise to us is for those who beleive in and seek him to protect us from all harm. god bless you i will say a prayer for you right now

Don't factor god into this. If you really, sincerely felt like "demons" were trying to get into your home, seek help. Demons don't actually exist. I can relate to the feeling of being spooked and hearing things at night but when you get past your fear they usually can be logically explained away.

i could propose that any psychological ailment be governed out first and appropriate. If there is not any data of psychiatric disturbance then this is achievable that he may be experiencing a sort of OBE (Out-of-physique-adventure) wherein his spirit would somewhat be leaving his physique and may be starting to be 'trapped' midway out and in. if that's the case then he will ought to study grounding suggestions, exceptionally in the previous bedtime. He needs to assessment to meditate and to confirm a white twine of sunshine descending from the backside of his backbone and connecting him to the middle of the Earth as though he have been a balloon.

Without more evidence than a noise or a feeling it would be difficult to say what it was or was not. If you are afraid then you should seek help from your spiritual leader (at church). Even if it is "all in your head" you probably will feel better if you do.

I think your tired. Thats not sarcasm. I think if you are not sleeping well and are depressed, your mind tends to wander. Your brain will get confused.

I would not conclude its demons. Maybe it was just the wind?

Perfect love casts out fear and God is perfect love. Quit listening to false doctrine that creates fear.
