Another head hangs lowly,
Child is slowly taken.
And the violence caused such silence,
Who are we mistaken?

But you see, it's not me, it's not my family.
In your head, in your head they are fighting,
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are crying...

In your head, in your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie,
Hey, hey, hey. What's in your head,
In your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie?
Hey, hey, hey, hey, oh, dou, dou, dou, dou, dou...

Another mother's breakin',
Heart is taking over.
When the vi'lence causes silence,
We must be mistaken.

It's the same old theme since nineteen-sixteen.
In your head, in your head they're still fighting,
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are dying...

In your head, in your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie,
Hey, hey, hey. What's in your head,
In your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie?
Hey, hey, hey, hey, oh, oh, oh,
Oh, oh, oh, oh, hey, oh, ya, ya-a...

Does it bother you if people that you care for don't share your oppinion on a certain subject? Do you usually try to convince them that what you belive might be right? Does it make you feel somewhat angry if you fail?

On-line dvd rentals, do you try to watch and return your movies and soon as possible to get your money's worth?

I gave someone a gift subscription to an on-line dvd rental for 2 months, and he must have called the place complaining every single day if things did not go perfectly, then he would put everything off until he watched each movie as they came in so he could return them as fast as possible.

As for returning, he made his girlfriend go out of her way to mail the dvd's near her work because he thought they would get there faster.

Is this normal behavior?

I hate feeling guilty, but it seems like now that's all I do during situations. I'm naturally a worrier, if something that seems to be bad (whether it actually is or not) happens, it hangs over my head all day. Whenever someone asks me to hang out with them and my parents say no and I have to go back and report the news, I always feel incredibly guilty for saying, "No, sorry, I can't hang out." Whenever my parents say no to stuff like this, I ALWAYS ALWAYS feel incredibly guilty for having to tell the person no. When guys ask me to hang out with them and I say, "My parents won't let me," or when girls ask me to hang out and I say, "I can't, my parents won't let me," I always feel sorry and sad, frustrated, and guilty as if it's my fault for having parents like this. I always feel like I have to apologize for having parents like that and I don't want people to say, "Oh let's invite her but wait...let's not because she can't go." Why do constantly feel guilty?? How can I stop?

This question is in followup to a question I posted a few days ago: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Aowa9eFc1JszKb4FuQq5Fyzsy6IX?qid=20070215025001AAckuNr in which Batman suggests that "...[a] movement is done so often that its memory is stored in the reflex arc itself and the body may or may not need to consult the brain before carrying out the movement on external stimulus."

Could/does abuse cause reflex emotional reactions in a person? Is this what happens in post traumatic stress syndrome? Please explain.

If emotional responses in PTSS are reflex reactions, can these reflex reactions be retrained? To replace negative [reflex] reactions with positive ones?

Maybe just me. I was divorced 11 years ago, I raised my daughter on my own, I never recieved support nor did I ask. Her mother went her way with her new husband. My daughter is getting married soon and I have paid 100% of everything including a Mexican honey-mood (5k). My x-wife hasn't paid a dime as expected but my daughter has bent over backwards for her mother to accomadate her every wish, many times at the expense of my feelings. I wanted to give my daughter the wedding I never got, her family never liked me because I didn't go to their church & religion. I hoped to do the prayer and the reception but my daughter say's her mothers brother (who has treated me very badly) wants to do the prayer, I was really hurt over this. My daughter just called me a yelled & screamed at me when I told her I willing looking forward to blessing her marriage, she said I was being selfish and it's her wedding. Her mother's family has never been there for her, I just don't understand

why? hurting.

My best friend's b/f told her he has a fantasy about f**king his step daughter...this conversation came about one night when we were having a few drinks and talking about fantasies...I told her about my role playing fantasy and she got upset.

I can understand her reasons for being upset and I'm wondering, if a guy lusts after his step-daughter, is he likely to f**k her?

What should my friend do? I feel bad for her and I feel awful about my own fantasies which btw, I continue to have.

Hi, I have always known that I'm a little different, but after a friend suggested that I might have Asperger Syndrome I decided to do a little research on my own. For the most part I'm pretty normal as
far as normal everyday things. But I do seem to have almost all of the traits associated with A.S. As it stands I don't truely know if I have A.S. however I took two online quizzes for people who suspicion that they have A.S. and both said that I am "most likely an aspie" and I'm O.K. with this because It finally gives me an answer to why I am the way I am. To make a long story short I'm just looking to find some information, and hoping to find others who have A.S or wonder if they do like me........Thanks

My mother is a very odd person. When I have difficulty she likes to laugh at me, and try to frustrate me. She also enjoys trying to make me nervous and has always tried to limit my growth. For example, when I was in the hospital after the birth of my child she knew I was scared about my legs because they hurt so much so she told me I better run because I would die from a blood clot. I had a panic attack because of this. She also says horrible things about me, like when I had a hymenectomy she told my sisters I aborted a child. I was a virgin so this did not happen. She also used to slap me in the face when I was a teen and tell me that I would go to hell for looking at some boy, which I did not do, at least not around her. So strange considering I have only been with one person, my husband. What is wrong with her?.

Hollywood seems to project violent solutions to serious problems. I am not sure that children know that Hollywood is entertainment, and seeing how violence has grown in our world today, I am not sure what people really think about violent solutions to situations like having to deal with bullies. What do you think?
