My best friend's b/f told her he has a fantasy about f**king his step daughter...this conversation came about one night when we were having a few drinks and talking about fantasies...I told her about my role playing fantasy and she got upset.
I can understand her reasons for being upset and I'm wondering, if a guy lusts after his step-daughter, is he likely to f**k her?
What should my friend do? I feel bad for her and I feel awful about my own fantasies which btw, I continue to have.

The step daughter is an adult, not a child. She is in her 20's.

Incest is usually among blood relatives. However, it is still sexual abuse, because this man is in a role of protection and should not exploit the one he is to care for just for his own pleasure. It will ruin her perception of protection and what is proper for their roles.
Given the right circumstances, a man thinking of f***ing his stepdaughter will. He has already dreamt it, the next step is to experience it. He should have stopped that fantasy before it truly had a chance to begin. All children should be off limits for adults, but especially those that depend on you for protection.
