I know many people throw it around as an insult but mental retardation is a serious medical condition, not a term meant for slander. People with cognitive disabilities are stigmatized enough, wouldn't it be nice if people stopped using the word in this way? Will you make a commitment to stop using it in a negative way? It would mean a lot to many individuals and families.

Does anyone know what the specific and like scientific differences there clearly are between guys and girls physically and mentally. Because I've seen a lot of women who build muscles as big as muscular guys, but I thought that was only a masculine characteristic, please can anyone like inform me on what the real differences are between guys and girls beyond the obvious body parts everyone already knows.. no stupid immature answers pleasee (cuz i will report them :) ) thankss

Hi, I am a creative (typical Aries) person who tends to come up with a lot of ideas and start a lot of projects (mainly writing projects), but then I get bored and move on to the next project before I've finished the previous one. The only way I have ever finished anything was when a grade or deadline someone else set was involved, but I can't be in school for the rest of my life. I've thought about writing a plan, but I'm so lazy I don't think I'd ever start it much less finish it. What I'd like you to tell me is how you developed discipline/focus or overcome distractions/laziness and met your goals. Good and detailed ideas only-none of that "just do it!" crap or any other cliches. Thanks!

no..this isn't a life changing question, but it is a question about life changing things.
Has anything ever happened in your past that wasn't your fault that completley changed your life, or the lives of those close to you? How badly do you wish you could change it.

Me, my husband was kicked out of the Navy for something that he did, but not intentionally, he was drugged at a party when he went home for the weekend and it has completely changed our lives, because of that one jerk and the jerks in the Navy (not all guys in the Navy are jerks, just the ones that wouldn't give my husband a chance), our life has been turned upside down and I wish I could go back and INSIST that he not go home to Connecticut.

I was 18 and in a terrible accident where I literally bleed to death. Well, I would have if my parents weren't there to take me to the hospital. I severed the main vein in my leg. I died three times while they filled me with 11 pints of blood and stitched me back together.

Having been practicing a religion that does not believe in doctors, I gave up all religion, especially that one. I had a meeting with God while I was dead. He told me I didn't need any religious interpretations of Him. So, I developed a really close relationship with Him, one on one.

It also strengthened my relationship with a boy who became my husband 32 years later.

I dont just mean for people to think your ''hot'' i mean for people to feel comfortable oround you and just like and respect you. I want to be someone that noone would be afraid to talk to or someone that evryone thinks highly of. I want to be beautiful inside and out. We have made Machines to help us do our Work. Recently, we have made the First Home Robots, and the First Prototype Androids.
I'm not going to go into the Physical Immitations of the Human Form that will Undoubtedly be Introduced.
Logically, we will make them Smarter, to do More, and then make them able to Learn, so as to Serve us Better. It will Learn at it's Own Place, and Become more Self-Aware, and be Able to Research History and Phylosophy.
