I'm 45 and I'm not sure what I want to be. I studied business, spent 20 years raising children (which I loved) while writing a children's book, working in a prenatal clinic, and running a business on the side. I've cooked for 500 people at a time, or just a few guests in my home. I love entertaining. Now I'm arranging flowers from my home, and finding it highly rewarding, personally. I'm giving everything away, and when I hear the stories of how people were touched by my gift, it makes me feel really good about myself. I think I'm somewhat talented, though self-taught, and I certainly enjoy a room full of flowers and a wedding at 6pm.

Right now I'm chronically ill, and a low-pressure job is imperitive, but we're working on the illness, and one day, I may be able to take my act on the road again. To this end, I'm working hard with my dr and my husband to follow the proper regimen for recovery.

where i grew up there was hardly any advice or anything abt ambition. we just took life one day at a time. no guidance whatsoever. so we trudge along life and found our niche somewhere here now. no regrets, no complaints. looking forward to a new day everyday. the purpose of life is the pursuit of happiness as enshrined in the constitution. & tts what we all aim for.
so dont worry be happy
