Feminism: Equality or equitable treatment of women, (and men).

If a woman, your wife, works and produces 25% more than another man or woman, should she get the same pay ?

Should she not get 25% more ?

Is not the logical need for women to be treated with equity and not merely equal to other people ?

I'd like the opinions of both men and women on this device.
The link shows it and has information on it but what it is basically, is a device that can be inserted to a womans vagina. It has 'barbs' on it that tear at the mans penis when he removes it, damaging the man and leaving DNA evidence for the woman to use when she reports the rape. A woman can wear this comfortably at anytime and it recommends that she use it if she is going to be in any situation where she worries for her sexual safety. Some the examples they give are going on a long journey alone, working late, or going on a date when she is unsure of the man and his intentions.

What do you think. Good thing or bad thing? What are the drawbacks, if any, as you see them? What are the benefits, if any, as you see them?

There is a frequently asked questions section on the website that may answer some of the things you'd like to know before answering.

Karma.

in an time and age where the saying "bros before hoes" is rampant among young guys over half of the women live without an hubby in America and more and more men realize that they are better off to not marry EVER, a lot of women are and will stay very very lonely, especially when their looks will start to fade. How do you feel about it ? Do you think womens liberation was worth it or do you whish you could turn the clock back 50 years to when there was a groom for every bride ?

Is there anything we can do to turn this world around?

Could women in the free world pull together and just do whats right and what needs to be done?

Could we work as one?

Could we be stronge enough to go the full distance?

And are we willing to bring the necessary sacrifices?

And the greatest question of them all.....

Would our men follow?

Or would we loose some of them on the way?

Take you time and think about it.

Tell us your worries, thoughts and ideas.

And mothers tell us what you are doing to prepare your daughters for life.

Please state your country - so we can see how different thoughts are around our world.

Thanks

Seeking stats on english speaking (both mother tongue and as a second language) women between the age of 35 and 65 around the world. Country specific stats are helpful, but I am trying to get a global perspective. Thanks.

why if a pretty woman wear thongs on beach or going topless, she is very sexy and attractive for men
but if a handsome muscular man wear speedo or short tight short and his bulge is noticeable , he is gay and women will not turned on by him but maybe get disgused by the bulge shape

I would, I actually would prefer a simple cheap band, if not something you get in those quarter machines. I lose things and would get paranoid if it were expensive.

See my previous questions on men having no reproductive rights to opt out of unwanted pregnancy, like women do, but have a forced responsibility to child support if she decides to opt in if you don't understand this question. I'm curious as to what sort of response I get from offering solutions.

There are a number of solutions by which the disparity in reproductive rights between men and women can be solved.

Here are some that are being looked at:

#1 Allow men to irrevocably relinquish their parental rights and responsibilities by filling out an affidavit within a limited period after finding out that they've been involved in a conception.

#2 Unilateral Adoption Lobby for a law requiring two voluntary parents, otherwise the child is put up for adoption.

#3 Damages paid to the father by the mother who forced him into parenthood after the child is grown up.

#4 Take away the right to vote from people who forced another into parenthood.

Agree with them yes/no, why?

Here's how listening to the feminist hate movements whinging about training as many female doctors as male in the UK is working out:

"Ms Hewitt, the Trade and Industry Secretary, goes further. Her department believes that the stay-at-homes are a drain on the economy, by failing to pay for the cost of their education through taxation. It's true, to a certain extent. More than half of all students taking up scarce places at medical school are women - yet, after 10 years, 60 per cent of them have given up, leaving a huge hole in the NHS."

60% leave within 10 years, COSTING money and increasing the scarcity of GPs.

Does pornography empower women? Or does it degrade women?

I find that people either believe that pornography is an expression of male culture through which women are exploited OR that pornography actually empowers women (ex: Jenna Jameson and her "empire", the show the girls next door are a huge hit with female audiences, etc ..)

What do you think?

When I previously asked about what reproductive responsibilities men and women have, I was told that while men have a responsibility to pay child support if the mother chooses to have the child, that this responsibility is matched by the fact that whether a mother aborts the child or abandons it she is still responsible.

1. Who here thinks that a woman aborting an unwanted child or abandoning it at a firestation counts as taking responsibility for that child?

2. Does that count as equal responsibility to a man that would have to pay child support if she chose to keep the child?

3. Extra credit: Is this the feminist idea of equality, because I was told this by a feminist who claims to be about equality?
