why if a pretty woman wear thongs on beach or going topless, she is very sexy and attractive for men
but if a handsome muscular man wear speedo or short tight short and his bulge is noticeable , he is gay and women will not turned on by him but maybe get disgused by the bulge shape

No really, it's because of our culture. It's mainly a male dominated culture, and as humans, we're one of the only species ever where the female is the one with the beautiful plumage to attract potential mates.
I'm kind of happy that it is, though. I don't wanna see a guy in a speedo... like... ever.
Men can be fashionable though, and can be found sexy by women. You just have to know what to wear. It's all a big game, and unfortunately as men, we are not on a level playing field with them... but there are answers out there.

Because what's "in style" in men's bathing suits is no longer short shorts or thongs, It is longer board type shorts. I think it used to be okay for men to wear short shorts in the seventys. It's all about the latest trends!
Plus alot of gay men like to wear thongs, so If you are wearing one and you are not gay, women will still assume you are.

Maybe because it is men that are attracted to bulging body parts and showing off flesh, not women. Therefore there is a natural assumption that anybody dressing that way is doing it to attract the attention of men, not women.
