Do you think Wal-Mart is hurting the capitalist market. How can Wal-Mart set prices. Supply & Demand no more?
To keep their prices low they require other companies to either lower their prices, outsource, or eliminate their product. Wal-Mart decides for these other companies what the ingredients can be. Wal-Mart told Coke cola our way or the highway. What is going to happen when Wal-Mart buys out all the other retailers; and then refuse to carry the product you or I want? We are being censored and most are not aware. I'd suggest that people read in the July edition of Harper's Magazine. Barry Lynn writes an Essay which I have found to be exactly what Wal-Mart is doing.

I've been reading conflicting viewpoints about credit bubbles and manias. I certainly don't believe the claim that "all credit bubbles end in deflation", as the recent cases of Argentina and Indonesia are clear evidence that credit bubbles can end in hyper-inflation.

However, I'm wondering what major factors are responsible for post-bubble deflation vs. inflation. Any thoughts or links would be much appreciated!

Don't people understand the advantages and benefits of unionized labor, or are they just complacent and willing to accept being told what their time and effort are worth?

If Belinda and And Bill Gates have a fund that is worth 30 Billion.
and Warran Bufett is giving his wealth of 37 Billion to the world.

The population in the world is only aproximately 7 Billion

REALLY now, who is getting this money because i have been checking my mail for my share from the fund, nothing. nor would i receive atleast a million from Warren who claims to be giving it to the world.

Africa is dying of Porverty, but Bill gates has a fund worth 30 Billion
What does this fund do, who is getting anything from this so called
fund. it does not make sence to me. the Population in africa is less than 2 Billion, Warren is giving 37 Billion to the world . get my point.

i don't know why they talk of excess liquidity even when the masses of the people don't see any money to spend. when the so-called exceess liquidity is mopped up through certain measures, the poor masses get even poorer through a worsened level of purchasing power to patronize their goods and services..

You hear these terms thrown in in each political debate regarding taxes...
What are these things how do they each effect the way taxes are distributed on the society?
Lastly what is so wrong for thepepople who had the highest tax increase when the taxes went, up getting the biggest cut when the taxes go down? ( I am not one of those people, If I was, I would have personal CPAs answering these questions and I would not be asking this on Yahoo answers.)
Seems to me like if each time the taxes increase the most on the high income segment when they go up and decrease the most for the lowest icome people when thet go down, with each cycle the burden will kepp shifting more and more unfairly to people who have been paying the most taxes!
