Is the resource market going to keep going up and will interests rates have to cool things down by going up or are we peaking yet?

In England, high house prices seem to be pricing more and more young people out of the housing market. What sort of effect does it have on society if you bring up a generation knowing they will never be able to earn enough to pay for their own home? Does it lead to over-dependency on parents, kids never leaving home etc. or does it eventually end up in social unrest, revolutions etc.? Any previous examples - like maybe Japan or Italy?

I asked a similar question before and not a single person answered my question. So, I'm asking again:

What is the maximum percentage that the government should be able to take when it comes to the highest income earners?

Please don't give me theory, give me a number.

It seems that the proposed solution to every problem is "increase taxes that affect only the rich".

I don't think it's fair that 90% of the country can vote to increase the taxes of 10% of the country, but that's not the discussion here.

Seriously....don't answer this question unless you give a percentage along with it. After that, add all the thoughts you want, but give me a number.

I have noticed that my question applies to both the ready-to-wear market and the tailor made maket (for both clothing and shoes).

Do you know if this is also true in the plus size clothing market?
