I dreamed that a guy i was in love with a long time ago asked me to marry him while we were in church. Then the preacher calls me up to the front and tells me that he just got a letter from my publisher (i am a writter in real life) and he sent me a check for $500,000 and that i could expect 5 mil in a few days. I am married now, not to the guy in the dream. What does this mean?

I was in my room and I was about to walk out and all of a sudden this big snake pops out. I was scared of getting bitten so I was trying to get away from it so I jumped on my bed. The snake kept on following me and if i moved in one direction it would move the same. I made a run for the door but it kept following me. I saw my dad in the hallway and asked for his help and he said to not step on the ground. It caught up to me so I ran into the bathroom and shut the door. I put a towel underneath the door just in case but the snake slipped through and it grabbed my leg. And then I woke up.

He was in my brother's house, and he was sleeping or half awake. Then all of a sudden it felt like there was a huge bomb going off in the room. There was a lot of light and noise in the room. It shook Dad and the bed. Then it stopped and there was silence. This is a recurring dream, or is it a nightmare or night terror?

l had a wierd dream yesterday that my husband and his two brothers was going up the stairs carrying their uncle coffin , after that they placed the coffin on the floor, l am really worried if this means that he will pass away or somthing any ideas what does it mean, thanks guys.

for example i had a dream when i was about 7 years old that scared me so much that i become paralysed by the fear.(in the dream) but i was too young to actually know that you can be temporarily paralysed by fear in reality. Another example would be that i definately experienced orgasm in my dreams before i had one with a person in reality.

ive had a reacuring dream over a good few years.the scenario s are always different but theres always a phone. in my dream. i am desperately trying to punch the digits into the phone but continuously get the number wrong. in the dream im always desperatly trying to get hold of someone because of some type of emergency and im in a real panic. i put the number into the phone over and over again but always get a digit wrong and have to start again.it seems like the dream lasts for hours.its always different scenarios. for example i might be trying to get hold of emergency services but the operator wont put me through.or i put in four nines instead of three. another one is where i need to get hold of my husband and although i know his number i cannot put it into the phone correctly i keep missing out a digit or putting a wrong digit in. no matter how many times or how carefully i do it i cannot get it right. ive had this dream hundreds of times and have never once got through .

this is something im worried about(kind of) sometimes, (im not sure that im dreaming) in the middle of the night when i wake up i realise that i cant breath and i cant move. i get desperate and try to talk but i cant, then, after a while i somehow can move again. i dont know if this happens when im actually dreaming, or when im not. its hard to explain. but is tehre any explanation for why this happens? any ideas?

In my dream, I was in this beautiful garden. In the garden, there was a stream over which there was a wooden bridge. It was evening. And then my dream kinda fast forwarded to night. I noticed it was raining heavily and I noticed I was in the stream. I wasn't drowning and I wasn't sinking, but I was still afraid... then I woke up.

I wanted to know this because sometimes I would dream about the craziest things.things that wont even be on my mind before I go 2 sleep.sometimes I have good,bad silly,weird or pointless dreams.I dont understand why.
what is the whole point and meaning behind dreams and nightmares?another question,why do people only dream at night when they go 2 sleep?I tried concentrating real hard in the daytime when I was takin a nap and I couldnt seem to have a dream.

Ive been having this dreams 2-3 times a week.

I'm walking down a hall, and at the end of the hall are 2 doors. One of them leads to a forest looking area, basically reminding me of paradise. The other door is darkness.

Everytime I go to the paradise door and it seems locked. Then the door to the darkness opens up and starts to suck me in and im being pulled in and thats around where I wake up.

Opinions?

So im 16. I found my dad dead when i was 12. it was totally unexpected that he died. but anyways i have dreams about him sometimes, and one time he was yelling at me, because i told him that he died, one time i was serving him juice, lol and the other night i dont remember much, but i felt bad for the rest of the day, why do i always have bad dreams w/ him, why cant i have a good dream? i always get really upset a for a few days after i have this dreams... what the heck is going on? someone please tell me

my stepbrother died last October when his truck got ran off of the road... Long story short I have been sort of fighting with his mom my stepmom about some struggles I have been having recently and I am calling my dad to get a hold of him however she is getting all of the calls cuz my dad is out all the time doing whatever with golf or work. Well this afternoon I was taking a nap cuz I am home from work from an injury. My stepbrother I think came to me in my dream he was literally talking to me and I to him.. Can dead people come to you in a dream like this. He was telling me stuff like I should go to college and fly right get my act together and move on. It is definitely true what he said I do need to do this.. But why would he come to me in a dream and tell me this? Did my stepmom pray for him to do this? That would be crazy oh well what do you guys think of this?

Last night I had a dream that two of my family members (one who is deceased) and her daughter?
were dressed like pilgrims. Pilgrims from the colonial times, like plymouth rock pilgrims. They were laying in bed in my childhood home watching tv, covered up together and I said to them.."your dressed like pilgrims" and they just laughed and I woke up...any ideas on what this means? I've had some strange dreams before..but this one takes the cake.

i keep dreaming about dogs biting me..big dogs,small dogs,they start off normal then they bite,usually my arm and they lock on..i use mt other hand to pull their teeth apart from my arm..does anyone know the meaning of this dream?? im not really scared of dogs in real life

Had a dream that I was standing in a large group of people at the foot of a small hill. On the hill was a black horse rearing up, saying "and at the end of time, the dead will inherit the earth". Then somebody to my side said "Don't worry, they're already here".

OK, Me & 2 guys (who I don't know in real life) walked into this building & was supposed to pick up a package.The lady @ the desk told us to go upstairs.The escalators were the longest ones I've ever seen!They went a looong way up & they were faster than usual.Only 2 of us went up.When we were to the top, it looked like this chick was following us.It appeared that she wanted the same package too.The person who we were looking for w/the package was going into an elavator so I ran to the elevator & the chick ran right after me! Both of us got into the elavator but the guy I came up with didn't.Then we started arguing & yelling @ each other, then we stopped because the elavator was making weird sounds.It was heading the opposite direction (up) & going extremely fast.I started to feel pressure in my ears then every1 was floating.I dunno how, but I think the elevator was in space.The elavator tore apart under pressure & the 3 of us floated for a second, then started plummeting towards earth

Last night I had a dream. I do not remember the details. All I remember is that I was being protected by two pure white wolfs/dogs with the most lightest blue eyes I have ever seen. Every time someone comes near me the dogs/ wolfs would growl and try to attack the person. I know I was talking to someone in the dream but do not remember. Right this Kid at school called Tom had a lucky guess at who my girlfriend was and my girlfriend wanted are relationship kept secret because she's in Y7 and I'm in Y9 and she has a fear of the sge difference but she'd told one person so I told Sam a friend who I knew I could trust and he didn't tell anyone but I knew I couldn't trust Tom because last time I went out with Charley(my exgirlfriend now) he ended up having Charley dump me so I never told him if he was right or wrong but he still went up to Charley and told her I that I told everyone when I'd only told Sam and I've been angry at him ever since cos Charley doesn't want to go out with me at all now and I love her with all my heart.
Right now the dream: I dreamt I had killed Tom and I'd been given detention for a whole term which seemed a little light.
It didn't change how Charley felt about me in the dream but she did begin to understand how I felt in the dream.
What does this dream mean?

what does it mean to dream that im being possessed?

i had a dream and i was watching some movie on tv. and it was some girl becoming possessed and she kept seeing signs that she was going to be possessed. then all of a sudden i was like " its a sign that im becoming possessed but i dont see the signs" then all of a sudden i kind of woke up. but i couldnt move at all. or speak.and i saw my room but everything was moving. and thenimoved my tongue and all of a sudden i woke up and could move again

my entire life dreams have been incoherent, non-linear, and didn't usually make sense. One second I'd be walking in the park naked, the next fighting a giant hamburger that's trying to eat me, the next floating in a sea of nirvana-esque colors

But about six months ago I had to go to South America on business and I was required to take malaria pills.

A side-effect was clear, realistic, plot-driven, hauntingly-freaky dreams. I was wondering if there is a natural proven way to clear up dreams.

I see myself traveling back to my home country. I see, I have two big suitcases in a cart with me. I also see myself phoning my husband (who is still in States) asking about two small suitcases which I thought I lost those during travel. He tells me that he does not remember if I had taken two small suitcases along the two big suticases. This dream may have no meaning but I'm still curious if it does have any meaning, thanks

it was more of a nitemare actually,,,
i was on holiday ewith my friens and some family and theyd gone out for the nite when for some strange reason i found myself choking and suffocating one of my friends that was staying with me...

my family n friends come home and ipretend shessleeping and they dont notice ive killed the girl.....

ive no idea who i had killed in my dream but she had long brown hair????

i was very scared when i woke up!!!

it might make sense as i was physically assaulted the nite before (in real life!)

had some very strange dreams when I was a child. Afterwards I would go to my mother and tell her them. Sometimes I thought they would come true. But of course they never did.

Anyway, I had a strange dream the other night, that I cant make sense off. I dreamed I was at Disney Land, but I was not visiting it I was one of the characters only it was real I was really that character (not just dressed up) and it felt really bad and made me really depressed like I was stuck there and couldn't escape.

Then for some reason I just got really fed up in my dream and screamed out I want to be away from here and my dream changed and I was dreaming that I was at an air show with an Opera member whom I've never met in person. (who for some reason was my best friend in the dream)

We were watching a new jet doing all kinds of stunts. It was twirling and flipping over in the air. All of a sudden it stopped. And then it fell, straight towards me. I thought to myself that I should run away but I didn't. ( I think my friend ran away though.) The plane just came hurtling towards me faster and faster.

Just before the plane hit me I heard someone yelling out your the last of a breed then the plane hit me and as soon as it hit me I woke up.

It was strange how I didn't even feel afraid. And I don't really know why I had this dream. I didn't watch any movie or show on television about plane crashes that evening

So can any one else help me make sense of this.

When I was younger i remember always having these dreams i would fall down the stairs , but i fell from really high, almost falling straight down. and just before i hit the bottom, i would wake up. What does this mean?

I also always had dreams that i could breathe under water, anyone know what that could mean?
