In my dream, I was in this beautiful garden. In the garden, there was a stream over which there was a wooden bridge. It was evening. And then my dream kinda fast forwarded to night. I noticed it was raining heavily and I noticed I was in the stream. I wasn't drowning and I wasn't sinking, but I was still afraid... then I woke up.

id say its telling you how you enjoy things which bring you happiness, such as this nice place, and when your feeling happy you afriad that something is going to mess it up. Thats when the rain comes in. I guess this means that in real life your used to people being in your business when you least want them to.

You are very comfortable at what you are doing(work or school,etc), But soon you will be able to make a significant change in your routine. If you make that change things are going to turn bad and the comfort you once had will be gone.
