Except for a few nomadic tribes of North Africa the universal sign for "yes" is nodding the head up and down and the universal sign for "no" is turning the head from side to side. Any ideas how this came to be? And why?

Was the wedding concept the same as it is today (the beginning of a monogamous relationship) or did it serve a different purpose, such as to let the rest of the tribe know who was in the chief's harem?

....the marketing of, and the profit machine of music (and maybe film too).
Wouldn't it be great not to be able to mentally recall irritating, feel good music? Or not to have an era defined by the sound at that time of the most popular band?
Do you think people would have to compensate somehow for the loss of noise we're used to? Or would we be much better off?

Everywhere we go, we are bombarded by things that remind us of racial divisions in society; from job applications to television networks, and most especially in politics, it's everywhere. But why? For what reason do people think that skin color actually has any effect on anything beyond our ability to tolerate heat?

i've been getting many dreams/deja vu moments and i'm getting very confused. At times i can almost predict within that moment what image or sound i'll exprience next..at times it's so vivid and so clear that i start to wonder whether i've actually dreamt of that moment.

Are dreams and deja vus linked?

And also is there a connection between deja vus and being able to predict the future?
have we as humans got an untapped 6 sense in this area because i'm getting very close.
I'm just waiting for a moment of pure clarity involving lottery numbers or something.
