More like thousands if not billions of years ago. Anything is possible.

It is not possible for an alien to invade and conquer a planet like earth without a better scientific knowledge and advancement than it is here today. If we had that knowldge where did it get lost. May be possible that much of information is missing from the books at hand. And genocides! these are being sinfully committed every now and than since Adam stepped over here.

Its entirely possible and would help explain a great many of the myths and legends around the world. OR, maybe we came into being as the result of genetic experiments carried out by other advanced beings. Either way, it seems fairly certain that we aren't the first ones here - there were others here before us that were much smarter, be they our ancestors from "out there" or the scientists instrumental in our creation.

Yes, they were placed on this earth by an intelligent Originator who commanded them to replenish the earth. We have gotten so wrapped up in the daily rat race that we forget or refuse to acknowledge Him who created us such that we come up with all kinds of preposterous ideas.

Believe me, if such an event had happened, we would not be the piddling, confused and misdirected creatures that we are now.
And we would be dependent upon fossil fuels and non renewable resources.

If so, then what happened to the technology thag our ancestors used to conquer the planet. If you mean shot-distance travel for our ancestors, then how can our ancestors have adapted so fast to adpt the this planet?
