my mum says that when i was young, i cried for no reason. *but she could have been exaggerating.* from what i observed, she naturally exaggerates things when describing them, for example, she can make a video sound funnier than it really is.
what she says: "hungry cry, after feeding cry, sick cry, ok cry. and you can cry the whole night." i've always been a fussy person and i still am.
i read that some babies who cry for no reason are colic. but that condition only last for the first few months of their lives. if i'm not wrong, i was like that up to the time when i was 3.
now at the age of 13 turning 14, i describe myself as sensitive. i cannot talk about death or things like that for too long or i'll cry. and i find myself worrying about trival matters, even though i know it isnt much of a big deal.
do babies who cry for no reason grow up to be highly sensitive people?

This is a story about 4 people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.

There was an important job to be done, and Everybody was asked to do it.

Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.

Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realised that Everybody wouldn't do it.

It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done!!

I know this question is probably often used as lateral or psychological questions... but really, how would YOU describe a certain color to someone who is blind? :-S

I had an experience (hence all of the guardian angel questions) that really got me to thinking. I was extremely relaxed on my living room couch, the kids had gone to my Mom's for the weekend. I was watching Nick At Nite and not in a rush to do anything. I suddenly felt this sort of "warmth" all over and around me. I had been thinking about my deceased grandmother, uncle, and mother in law. I also had a feeling that I can't describe, just a very peaceful and grateful feeling. It was so strong it made me shed a few tears against my will.

What would you describe this as? I don't normally believe in these things and quite honestly think I'm going crazy, but my mother seems to think something genuine happened and is a huge believer in this.

This guy and girl (they go out together)at my gym suddenly want to invite me out with them. We're just decent/good acquiantances.I don't know what the reasoning is.We share common interest such as we are all in shape, but what could they possibly want? All the guy said is that me and my girl were talking about you the other day and we'd like to invite you out with us.Did i do something wrong?I'm one of the only ones there who knows they are a couple, but i know that is not the reason.I what's the deal?I said i would exchange numbers with them, but that would be down the road. Why would they be anxious to invite me out?

would it be better to cover it up, and have an ego?
why do they pick on people like that?
why do they attract they same kind of people in life, even though some have better hearts or minds then those who cover it up?

whether Feminism was around or not? That's if you truly despise Feminism.
If Feminism just magically disappeared, would you think that things would radically change to be in your favour if you're a man?
What would you think would happen in society?
No fairy-tale answers needed, just honest answers.

Im not trying to be one of those self-diagnosing home therapists... But I am definately noticing some negative things coming up in everyday situations..
I have a horrible phobia of riding with other people in cars.. if we are going anywhere I HAVE to drive and when I do ride with someone, I end up having to close my eyes for the trip.
Also I find myself having trouble to breathe and get a horrible numb tingling sensation in my face and a temporary forgetfullness of who and where I am at random points of the day (this happens a couple times a month). I am not on any drugs when this happens either. Also when things get really bad I experience audible hallucinations like someone screaming my name in my ear and other things.. I am not schizophrenic, nor does my family have a history of it. On top of all that, when I am in crowded places (my girlfriend points this one out) I get a mini form of tourettes and I get really uncomfortable and extremely irritated...

my ex girlfriend (yes im bi) treated me like sht, ignoring me, using me, she was really violent and im sure she was cheating on me with my best friend (who isnt very truswtworthy and wouldnt tell me if i asked her) and she paid more attention to all girls other than me, but i loved her toomuch to leave... then she started hating me over literally one weekend and told all my frends (wigch are also her frends) all this stuff that half of wich was either a lie or sumthing from the past that i thaught we were over... we were still dating but then i herd froma 3rd person that she broke up with me... she dusnt even tslk to me let lone look in my direction anymore... she has cut me open and poured salt in the wounds, crushed me and left me for dead. she just laughs when i want to talk to her... i cant take it... at one point ther was so much pain i couldnt even cry... but now im crying again, wen i close my eyes i see her... im breaking down.

It seems so illogical. In order to have the all-female schools you desire, it follows that the boys will have to go to a school of their own. Your outrage makes no sense.

What is natural about living in a place that has a snowy, icy, cold winter (or summer, if you live in the southern hemisphere)? Everyone is too cold and living in hiding, farmable vegetation becomes almost nonexistant. It's nearly unlivable. How is anything but a warm climate natural? Serious question.

This point has come up before on this forum, so I'm curious about peoples opinions.

If there were to be a draft in the near future, do you think women should be called to service just like men?

Now having served in the military myself, I can say that I am very anti-draft. I don't agree with it and hope and pray that a draft will NOT be called any time in the future. I've been to war and I know I would not be pleased to fight next to a draftee. Just my opinion.

That said, what do you think of women being called up in the draft to serve in non-combatant jobs for the army? (I stress non-combatant since women are not yet allowed to serve in combat MOS').
