Im not trying to be one of those self-diagnosing home therapists... But I am definately noticing some negative things coming up in everyday situations..
I have a horrible phobia of riding with other people in cars.. if we are going anywhere I HAVE to drive and when I do ride with someone, I end up having to close my eyes for the trip.
Also I find myself having trouble to breathe and get a horrible numb tingling sensation in my face and a temporary forgetfullness of who and where I am at random points of the day (this happens a couple times a month). I am not on any drugs when this happens either. Also when things get really bad I experience audible hallucinations like someone screaming my name in my ear and other things.. I am not schizophrenic, nor does my family have a history of it. On top of all that, when I am in crowded places (my girlfriend points this one out) I get a mini form of tourettes and I get really uncomfortable and extremely irritated...

I get anxiety attacks sometimes. I know it's hard, but try to bring yourself down from them. Make yourself breathe steadily, and tell yourself that it's just an anxiety attack and nothing more.

If you do drugs (not saying you do, it just sounded like you do), this is also very helpful if you find yourself starting to trip in a bad way.

You should see a doctor. This problem sounds too complicated for a few quick responses on the web.

this could be a combination of different problems.
You need a real doc to do tests and sort out the different symptoms.
