Seriously, if a guy meets a girl and gets to know her a little bit and starts to fall for her and even is with her one night, can he run shy of a relationship? I mean, not call her, avoid her? Does he really need a strong message of interest from the girl before he would get on further? What should a girl do to indicate that she is also falling from him without scaring him off?

I'm in a very small office, 1 manager and 3 others. One of my coworkers constantly is convinced everybody's against her, even though she's the one starting fights with everybody. My manager is afraid to confront her because she's already filed a harrassment lawsuit against him. I'm non-confrontational, but I'm tired of her starting stuff with everybody. HELP?

My friend martin is an average joe but somehow he's different. He changes his mind after he decided on one thing like it never happened, one day we say him he was a big bully outside the school(if were not around), in his home a loving child, in our barkada he is quiet but he acts like a nerd, and he is stupid and unaware of thing around him but smart in class.

Hi folks,
I understand they thoughts of my children, neices & nephew.
But although being freindly,I do not understand some of the convoluted stuff I hear from my elders.

I am approaching 52, and would like to think that I can now draw upon decades of life experience in many departments.
Social, technical, artistic, etc.

Some folks are as bright as the proverbial button at 90, some fade into meaningless chatter.
Perhaps they were always like that.

This is directed at all ages, as many a teenager has a grasp, as do the most elderly.

So am I correct in thinking it may be a genetic/attitude/up-bringing/talent/educational type thing in general ?
