In our thinking, everything is in the past, but the emotions are free energy and I notice we still have thoughts and emotions about people we were related to so we miss them. Wanting to be with them can be normal, our feelings bekoning us back to earlier thoughts and feelings enjoyed or not in the past. we can bring them forward by just putting thoughts on the present and the free energy comes forward, but so often people don't really see the present or get stuck somewhere in life and don't move on. It seems to come with age also. I hope she's not suicidal. No one can make her do anything, but her own thoughts. But reading up on Emotional Intelligence should set her free, for sure, to move on and enjoy life now. It seems like a common enough problem, but why have it, or others when information is out there. There's a reference to some free online reading material on my profile. It would serve you well to read it, also, or anyone, as EI is the number one solution to many problems in life, especially relationship issues. Nothing happens to you that you handle. A dream is more an announcement of something not handled. About emotions out of sync with reality, our plans or thoughts. I don't ignore dreams and do recommend learning about emotions, to handle dreams and for many reasons. It should cause a basic change in your life and your perception or how you see things.
