Why is it that women often refer to their female friends as "b!tches" as terms of endearment, and will laugh about it, but when a guy uses the word, the same women will get mad?

Can this be compared to how certain blacks (usually the younger ones) will call each other the "N" word, but will get mad if whites use this word?

Is it the expectation that men set the agenda and DOMINATE? What explains our DOMINATION? Cos it really seems like we DOMINATE. There must be an explanation for why we DOMINATE - know what I is saying?. It seems that even you "strong women" can't overcome the might of the patriarchy and our DOMINATION of this supposedly feminist space. Are women biologically-programmed to be timid and not want to be the centre of things for the fear (and the knowledge) that they will be DOMINATED? Why else dontcha compose questions? Rabbit in headlights 'bout to be DOMINATED by oncoming truck?

Alot of my dreams have predicted the future, I mean, not in a big way. Like, for example I had a dream about being at a funeral home with one of my classmates and i ended up taking a delievery to that funeral home the next day and we talked about the girl I saw in my dream. Or I dreamed I was little in ballete againg, and the next morning I noticed the medal I one, and I haven't seen it in YEARS. Also, I saw the devil the night before one of the things that had the hugest negitive impact in my life that I remember.

As the question states, what do you think about this?

Was it feminists themselves? Because if it was, that doesn't count. On the KKK website, they say they want peace. Feminism say they want equality. Sorry, doesn't work that way.
The KKK does want peace, but not the kind of peace that's ''good''. To them, peace means: exterminating Blacks.
Feminism does want equality, but to them, equality means: women having equal or better outcomes than men.

Hi ive kind of worker my way into a hole.

I used to watch a lot of horrer films, nothing too scary but enough for me to enjoy it. Recently I saw one that scared the hell out of me. I find myself recalling lots of old 8year old's fears. Fear of the dark, etc etc.

Call me a whimp but how can I get back to normality and get a decently nights sleep!

When I look at photos of me (especially those taken by my parents) I sometimes become shocked at how ugly I look at certain angles or with certain expressions. Yet the other half of photos I see of myself, I think I'm really pretty. What does this mean?? It's actually becoming a real problem because bad pictures make me depressed.

I've notice that when i was drifting off to sleep that - from the time when u are drifting off to sleep to the point when u start falling into a deeper sleep your body suddenly jerks for a second, some people have described this as a falling feeling.

Why does the body do this or is it the soul or subconsious that is changing phases - maybe even astrally projecting?

Where I work at an optometrist office, employee turnover is a lot 5 in a year on average. Everytime they hire someone its someone without experience that doesn't seem to have long gevity in mind. Now they hired one of those to cut glasses which is a fairly technical job and if its messed up customer service goes down fast. I am so tired of training new people without any exp. Also, I recently became certified as an optical assitant, (my job title is receptionist). I offered to do the assitant job when needed until the new person learns the lab fully then, pass on additional tasks to her as she is ready. Makes sense right? Good for the patients and us. Well my bosses looked at me like I was nuts and sort of blew me off. I am really frustrated at the whole situation. I have been here going on two years but it appears my suggestions aren't valued nor is my willingness to take on extra responsibility. Any suggestions?

I saw a question on here that said that "all women have rape fantasys" moving beyond that "all" as not all women have the same fantasies--I felt the need to correct this "rape fantasy" myth. It gets called rape fantasy because that's easy to say and basically conveys the idea however it is NOT rape that the woman fantasizes about it is POWER EXCHANGE she wants to give all her power away or in essence have it taken by someone she knows and trusts for the duration of that sexual encounter. It's not rape because she has consented to the sex she WANTS the sex but by losing control she feels helpless thereby increasing her arousal during the act....she's not scared or hurt though just the opposite of rape. So please can we start calling these fantasys what they really are? Power exchange fantasys.

I would love to see young people organize and help governments implement some ideas with old truck containers. Because they can be lifted and moved about would make them good halfway homes etc.

I personally think that poor White people might experience the most racism/discrimination of any group in the United States. That's because they don't have any groups to help them. Minorities have their own leaders, interest groups, & affirmative action to help them. Poor White people don't have anything to help them, & they're looked down on by both more successful White people, & by minorities. Poor Black & Hispanic Americans are seen as the victims of institutional racism. While most of American society views poor White Americans as white-trash.
