Hey is not a sign of weakness, trust me I can me a regular Super-*****, however, I can cry at the adverts - and often do!
Its a good way of expelling ones emotions, when we are amused do we not laugh? So when we are sad or touched by something, its good to release these emotions.
My theory is that is why there are so few men in their 80s as apposed to women, most of these generation was told that BOYS DO NOT CRY, and hence - pent up emotions can have a very negative effect on the old body. Think about it.
However, its it bugs you that much, try disassociating yourself with what ever it its that makes you feel the need to cry.
Just remember though, if you do you feel, you cease to live life to the full, lets face it - this is no dress rehearsal.

You dont have a choice. Crying is a parasympathetic response to excessive stress either emotional or physical. Its kind of your bodies nervous systems first attempt of trying to keep things all happy (homeostasis) Its your bodies fight or flight reaction to how the excessive stress negatively affects other systems like say if someone dies, you feel like you got hit in the chest with a bat, your heart rate speeds up, the heart has to work harder putting stress on the whole cardiovascular system which in turn stress out pretty much every other system. Crying is almost like putting the breaks on the whole chain reaction avoiding physiological problems such as emotional disorders, passing out, a heart attack, stroke, seizures all of which have several triggers but stress really is one of them.
Its ok to cry. Thats why they say "let it out" it can help. Trust me you would rather cry, it shows that you are a strong person and don't have a serious underlying emotional or mental issue.

The worst thing to do is to hold everything inside. It builds up over time and that is why you probably need to let it out. Crying is good. It's not a sign of weakness at all. If it's becoming a huge problem, maybe see a doctor.

Crying is a reawlease of pain from within.....it has a reason to be there I am sure.....animals might cry as in a dog wimpers etc. Some may cry to excess over the slightest thing....others only when really hurt. But it can be helpful....or a nuicance (times I have not wanted to cry because I felt it gave more power to a certain elbow)

The more frustrated you become the more tense you become therefore the more stress, this will only add to your physical tension and make you cry.
Try to relax listen to music take your mind of the whole crying subject. If not think about what, why or whom has caused this anger, sadness or frustration that you have and just wipe it mentally from your mind.
you dont need these thoughts and you definately wont benefit from them.
You could also cry and let out all that inner tension you will deffinately feel better if not a little tired afterwards.
good luck.

Crying is not a sign of weakness. It's a sign of human emotion. It shows you have a heart, and feelings.

crying is a way for humans to alert others to there state of distress, like how babies cry when there hungry, or sleepy, but in adults it is like a fail safe, if our situation gets too much for us to handle, we start to cry, like an alarm, so that people will come to help us. we cant control when we cry, we may be able to over ride it for a while, but in the end, its gonna come out.

Its ok to cry. Not sure why were designed this way but humans are made to cry when they are sad. accept it and stop trying to bottle stuff in. That is why you haven't been able to control it.
