If the person is fit then they should count themselves lucky
Intelligence is not a measure of knowledge it is something you either have or have not.A chimp has intelligence and can probably do many tasks that you cannot.
A great guitarist and musician Hummm..That is a matter for the listener to judge and is down to personal preferences..Some might think that a guitar being played as if it were a screaming banshi not very good but someone who enjoys this style may think its Great .Perhaps you should not have posted this question in psychology as you open yourself up to constructive critiscism which you may not relish hearing

the term virtuoso would be suitable for an individual who was intuitive and a great musician but it doesn't really cover the aspects of physical fitness and intellligence. Does this help?

If you wanted different responses you should have said "I work to stay in shape, am an avid reader and live to express myself musically with positive outcomes." There would be a lot less negative comments.
