I see that a lot of times, girls fall for a particular guy or particular kind of guy, who are excellent manipulators, or have a lot of skills at getting what they want. Why fall for a selfish jerk?

£75,000 a year is what a typical GP, lawyer, corporate executive, or stock broker brings in a year. My question is then, see if you can name some of the typical neighbourhoods in and around London, or in which particular commuter towns in the Home Counties where people of this sort proliferate and earn these kind of annual salaries. Thanks!

I do the gym alot because I enjoy it and it relieves aggression but why do I get so aggressive? When these little annoying things happen I normally just accept them but there is something that makes them all build up. I am also studying for my exams and I am getting really sick of it already and there is a month until I take my exams. What should I do?

I'm in the program and have done a lot of 12 step work and volunteer counciling.. I find myself for the first time in a position where I'm needed to help someone I'm involved with. Should I reccomend she seek her primary recovery help elsewhere? This person has never been in the program and resists it.

just ipotetical speaking, there are 3 ways to get to a woman`s heart and/or pants, deception(vision),seduction(emotion),and perception(surprise),or the 3 in one man.
women step out of this, don`t answer,i know what is your social programing, and how you go..
seduction isn't a good thing, becouse it is not myself, wearing a mask and getting a girl, and then getting back to me,vision maybe i have maybe i don't, i don't lay my succes on this.
and by perception,or by surprise..

I am not refering to any mental disorder or physical sickness, what i mean is why are most humans (Id say at least 99%) sick enough to cause suffering of any kind. This could be burning insects alive, eating factory farmed meat, sentencing someone to life in prison. No one has compassion...Why?

A social norm is a widly acceptable but often unspoken standard for appropriate behavior.

I need an example on how to BREAK a social norm. The teacher gave us an example - at the supermarket, standing in line and randomly singing. Singing in line at the supermarket is something out of the ordinary and something you don't see everyday when going to the supermartket

Does anyone have any other ideas on how to break a social norm? thanks!

I think the majority of us live a unatisfied life. But to a very large extent it is not in our hands. We dont get want we want. To say that be satisfied with what you have is all just theory and impractical. All the literatures are waste. It only confuses us more. The world would have been a better place if we dont have these religions, rituals and customs. I personally know of a family who are so simple and not rich but just existing. But so much love flows inside the family and children brought up by them become gems in the society. They are not famous or great scientist or doctors but simple and Normal humans.
They are not bothered about the future. They live happily every moment. Nowadays many of us are not normal in our behaviour... We are depressed, sad, angry, uncontrolled emotions etc... Hardly anybody's face glows with joy. But then we are educated, doctors, engineers etc... but we live a very dry life. May be this is my story only. But i would like to clarify from others.
