Cardiac Arrhythmia.
I am having an op (ablation) soon to 'kill off' some heart muscle cells at the top half of my heart which have set up a secondary heart beat which needs to be stopped as it's interfering with the correct beat procedure - also causes extreme fatigue.
If this sounds at all familiar I would see GP/MD soon....Good luck
