A dive bomber has a velocity of 265 m/s at an angle below the horizontal. When the altitude of the aircraft is 2.15 km, it releases a bomb, which subsequently hits a target on the ground. The magnitude of the displacement from the point of release of the bomb to the target is 3.30 km. Find the angle.

1. A 0.50 kg block, starting at rest, slides down a 30.0° incline with kinetic friction coefficient 0.24 (the figure below). After sliding 82 cm down the incline, it slides across a frictionless horizontal surface and encounters a spring (k = 38 N/m). What is the maximum compression of the spring? and After the compression of part (a), the spring rebounds and shoots the block back up the incline. How far along the incline does the block travel before coming to rest?

2.A crate of mass m1 on a frictionless inclined plane is attached to another crate of mass m2 by a massless rope. The rope passes over an ideal pulley so the mass m2 is suspended in air. The plane is inclined at an angle = 36.9°. Use conservation of energy to find how fast crate m2 is moving after m1 has traveled a distance of 1.4 m along the incline, starting from rest. The mass of m1 is 13.4 kg and the mass of m2 is 18.8 kg.

He left behind a Bulova, not sure of it's age... (<30) My 8-yr daughter would like to wear it. Having gone to WalMart, and then a few places in the mall, none of which would touch the thing (battery-wise). Ended up at a local jeweler's repair shop to tell me that the watch needed a mercury battery that was out dated (out lawed) some time ago. Isn't there some cell that satisfies the watch's requirements? Somebody tell me the technicality of this. Does it have to do with voltage or polarity?

Ok i need to know how to right a equation that will represent the parabolic motion of a catapult!!!! Or the parabolic motion of the projectile that comes out of a catapult

v is speed of belt, T is tension and w is weight per unit length of the belt.

find the speed at which power is transmitted??
