If antimatter and matter collide, annihilate each other and turn into energy, can we do it in reverse?

If a photon has the energy required to create a partical and antipartical pair with kinetic energy non zero then it has a finite probability of becoming that pair. But we cannot control which photons with such energy will do it.

Very interesting logic. Energy is actually a process and Mass is a structure which came into being as the result of that process.
When we talk about "Matter "we are describing a Substance.
In reality what the Physics world calls" Antimatter", is really the a substance that exists in Space which is the cause of Gravity.
Therefore Antimatter is what holds a mass structure such as an Electron together ,its a gravitational phenomena which takes place with micromasses. If the inner core of the mass structure of the Electron gets separated from its outer core,we now have the inner volume of the Electron and the outer skin volume of the Electron.
The Outer volume is still the skin still having a spherical shape. The Skin is called "Positron" . And the inner volume would be the" Core Electron."
The pressure of the substance of space pressing on these two volumes as they collide well break up both the Positron and the Core Electron . The Result would be the brocken pieces of the Electron which would fly out at the speed of light ,and all the pieces combined would moves at an Energy equal to E=MC^2.
Therefore it proves that antimatter is the substance responsible for the Energy process.

So far no one by natural means has been able to reverse the process.
After all man did not Create the substance of the Heavens ,nor the substance of the Earth.
Hence, Our Creator is the One who structured the substance of Space to Create mass and and the energy phenomenon which we call gravity.

Its very vely simple

Hello

Yes, you can do it and too much people have proof this concept

Think in one pair, particle-antiparticle, both of mass M , you have the energy equation

E = 2*M*C^2 = e * V

C is the light speed in vacuum, e the electron charge and V a potential

Well, if you build a box with an internal deep vacuum and you put plates inside charged at a potential diference of that calculated V volts you are condensing that electrical energy into pairs particle-antiparticle, in the most of the cases, particles and antiparticles will have electrical charge of contrary sign and you must use an external constant magnetic field for get separated that particles and antiparticles and shift any collision, the applied potential must be continuous, DC, not alternating,AC )

The more basical case is for get pairs electron-positron, if you do the calculations you get a potential of aprox 1,3 Megavolts needed or 1,3 Mev of energy and when you do this experience in the laboratory you surprise to see how of the vacuum space arrives electrons and positrons

For more high potentials you can get pairs proton-antiproton, or atom - antiatom in all the cases

This fact can you probe in a laboratory and see than, the vacuum space stores energy in a form of matter-antimatter and can be condensated using high potentials or high pressure

The genuine original Tesla Coil and the storm lightings show gamma radiations and common scientifics don´t can explain from where becomes that radiation ( There is too much than DC 1,3 MV )

Casimir effect is the more basical proof energy oscillates between 2 states, particle-antiparticle-energy emission, energy-particle-antiparticle-emission

Good bye

On a macroscopic scale it is theoretically possible although it's obviously not been done.
On a microscopic scale it happens all the time. Particles associated with the physical forces can spontaneously create pairs of matter and antimatter.
