there must be a moment when the fly is not moving towards the train or travelling with the train, therefore there must be a moment when the fly isn't moving at all. Therefore is there a moment when the train isn't moving? So can a fly stop a moving train.

I understand the concept of distance and displacement, but if you walk this rectangle, the position of your body is ultimately changed from its original position when standing at the starting point. This change in position would amount in even the tiniest amount of displacement no matter how much you try to stand in the exact same place. I think it would be physically impossible to stand in exactly the same place as one stood after walking a rectangle? Could someone explain this to me?

what i realized was this......i am not intelegent eneough to understand what i know but this may give people who are, a bit of a clue.,something of an ultimate LAW OF THE UNIVERSE........an object of ultemate density is in fact an object of ultimate absence of the very essence or ether or dark matter of the universe thus making the chain reaction that we call time impossible because the are no further "balls to bang into" iwould allso like to say that as well as matter and energy being the same thing it would seam to me that empty space is allso, now that we have established that empty space as a value to us like a fish plucked out of a pond would say that its still allive but not liking it ......what about this for a cat among the pigions....matter , energy empty space,.....the son the father the holy ghost ...ha ha ha only joking????????

(ie. does the system heat up?)
a. Yes, work done On a system adds energy to it, and if that energu is not lost, it goes directly into the system's internal energy.
b. No. as an example, enough work done to compress a gas will turn it into a frozen solid.
c. No. work dones on a system is equal to negative work done by the system, therefore energy is removed from the system.
d. yes. even though the work done removes heat from the system, the amount o heat absorbed form outside of the system wil compensate.

can you help me with this physic question? thanks a lot!!!!
