Can anyone explain to me the sexual paradox as it pertains to time travel?

If I understand your question correctly, you are probably talking about the time travel scenario where a person travels back in time and boinks his own grandmother, thereby creating the line that ultimately led to his birth. Of course, the paradox is that he couldn't be there to go back in time in the first place if someone hadn't boinked his Grandmother.
Time travel gives me a headache.

This happened in 1985 when Marty almost interrupted the space-time continuum when his mother had the hots for him. This is why time travel is dangerous and should only be conducted in a DeLorean.
