Let's say you have an outdoor air temperature sensor in your car (so you know what the outside temperature is)....and say the sensor is located in under the car, in the path of air flow as the car moves down the road....and the day is 90 degrees F

What the air flow have an effect on the temperature reading? If not, why? ...If so, why?

Also, say for instance there was a terrestrial planet that had a diameter 8 times that of Earth. Would it be possible for a planet of that size to have a gravity similar to Earth’s?

So i want to be a vet, but i'm not extremely good at math and science. i mean i'm not bad at them or anything, but some people have told me it would be extremely hard to be one because you have to be very good at math and science to pass some of the classes you have to take.

this sort of makes me re-think if that's what i want to be or not, even though i love animals and i would love to be one..i don't know if the stress from the school work would be worth it because i think you have to go for 4 yrs of regular college and then 4 of vetenary school? correct me if i'm wrong..

I need to write a test case to test three lines to determine if they form a valid triangle and what type of triangle they form. Is there a simple math algorithm/s which can be used for these tests?

Ok Listen up...

A Graph shows distance on the vertical axis and time on the horizontal axis. If The Speed is steadily increasing, what will the line representing speed look like on the graph??

ok so odviously the answer is A Curved Line.

So with reguard to the question above , could any part of the speed line ever become perfectly vertical? Why or why not?

a) Yes, but only if the object stops moving.
b)yes, because eventually the speed would be so fast there would be no slope.
c)No, because it would require such a high speed that it would probably not be practical.
d)No,because that would mean you were covering a distance in zero elapsed time,which is impossible.

When a 3.25 g sample of solid NaOH was dissolved in a calorimeter in 100.0 g of water, the temperature rose from 23.9 degrees C to 32.0 degrees C, calculate the heat of neutralization (deltaH) in kJ/mol NaOH for the solution process:

NaOH(s) --> Na+ (aq) + OH(aq)

assume it's a perfect calorimeter and that the specific heat of the solution is the same as that of pure water.
