i am getting a post of lab assitant at ICMR, and a trainee in a big mumbai mnc. waht shud i chose?

1. im a BTech biotechnology waiting for digree..
2. got thrugh M.Tec, but cant join as digree will come till november.

Choices i have:
1. ICMR, DELHI india's leading govt + Delhi University affiliated organisation ICMR = .Indian council for medical research..

post as a lab assistant,
work typr R&D
pay a lil less then mumbai



2 MNC in mumbai, 2nd largest pharma in india aftr ranbxy.

post trainee then might be absorbed
R&D
pay a grand more then delhi

i am confused as to where to join. please suggest watever u kno at the earliest..

i am getting admission in amity university in noida but my previous college will be giving us the digree in september, n i cant join classes till then..

Well, I would join the R&D of the MNC since the pay is higher and the chances of being absorbed are there (if you are good, they will take you). Only if you are Delhi based and have some family obligations for staying at Delhi, you should choose the ICMR offer.
