Does it flow from positive to negative or negative to positive?

We have a tv (less then 10 yrs old) that was handed down from my in-laws. Nothing wrong with it. We don't use it very often as it is in our living room and usually behind closed cabinet doors. Once every few weeks or couple months the TV will turn on by itself. It will do it for a few days in a row at the exact same time every day. Then it won't do it for a couple months. Then it will again, but at a different time of day. We have removed the remote from the room and taken the batteries out. We make sure to turn it off by the tv and I have unplugged it numerous times and plugged it back in.

It doesn't seem to fit into any neighbors routines (garage door openers, etc) so we're stumped. I need a good answer.

Honestly, I don't know what a good answer would be. I guess I'm looking for a scientific explanation. I've asked this under consumer electronics and I got a bunch a paranormal answers. Like I said, I'm looking for a logical explanation. There has to be one, right?

He's a physicist/chemist, English, a faithful Sandermanian Christian, he rejected knighthood and refused to be president of the royal society and refrained from participating in manufacturing chemical weapons for the Crimean Wars.
We owe him about half what we know about electricity

I need to write a paper about one of the biggest technological advances of the 20th century through today, and it's advancements. I can pick anything from telephones, to computers, to you know name it (if it's electronics). But I need something I can find a lot of information on, online.

Please give me some tips? What do you suggest?

Thanks!

All the help is welcome.

Okay, when a human looks at a flower, he would see pink petals and a yellow center. When a honey bee looks at the same flower, he would see blue petals and a black center.

I see colors other animals can't see.
They see colors I can't see.
I hear things they can't hear.
They hear things I can't hear.
Some have special senses, like how dogs can "smell" autism on a person.

So, what is reality? What color is everything in actuality? Is there even a such thing as reality? Is everything black and white or some otehr color that no living being has ever seen and each creature interprets it differently?

Is our atmosphere full of deafening and relentless sounds that some creatures hear constantly, and others don't?

What color is everything in solid, unchangeable REALITY?

And don't say it depends on what you are, because there is only ONE reality; we all just see it through different eyes.

Help me, please.
