I would first list and explain very succinctly the major results of your project, including any anomalies you may have encountered.
Indicate the degree of confidence you have in your results.

Next I would present my analysis of the listed results and the conclusions that can be drawn from them, even if they are negative. List also areas that you think merit further investigation, stating your reasons why.
