dont know the specifications you need to fullfill but when I wrote my tesis, on my conclusions I wrote bassically my results of my investigation, if I found what I needed/ expected and my feelings about it.
also added like a proporsal for futher investigations ("this job can lead to continue in the research of bla bla bla..").

if you did an experiment discuss your hypothesis and then the outcome and why you think that out come came out the way it did.
