This question is related to NEC. Please answer if you have sufficient knowledge, i.e. if you are an electrician or contractor.

I live in the state of Maryland. I am having a new house built this month.

I wish to know the approximate location to install a grounding rod for (residential) 200 ampere services near the entry point of the house. I also want to know what the recommended gauge i.e. 8, 10, 12? for this rod.

I also want to know the requirement for Dual (two) 200 ampere service. I want to again know the approximate location to place the grounding rod from the wall of the house and also find the recommended gauge of the rod for this situation.

The reason I want to know this information is to verify that the builder building my house is placing the grounding rod according to code.

If you do not know how to answer my questions but can direct me to someone who might have an answer, that would be appreciated as well.

Has any one read these anti-mathematics anti-science books. I found them on a yahoo answers . I downloaded some-they are free- THey argue that all mathematics and science is meaningless becuase they collapse into self contradiction and are full of paradozx that makes them meaningless. The mystery is how they work when logically they are meaninlngless/self-contradictory

Every morning I fill up a glass with water and put it on my desk. I drink about a 1/4 of it. Then, sometimes it sits there the rest of the morning, like if I'm not working at my desk or I choose to drink coffee instead. After lunch, when I get fresh water, I've noticed that there are little bubbles in the water. Right now, the water has been sitting for an hour and there's no bubbles. But, I know there will be later. What's going on?

Some folks seem to have figured out a method for generating mega points daily. One person earned over 1,000 points in one day! How is this even possible? Wow!

There was rumor going around that people have seen squabitts. I did not believe this but the other day I saw a squirell with a very short tail and it was hopping like a rabbit it also had larger hind legs.

When I was a student in grade school, I was taught that a theory was a plausible explanation for phenomena which we could not be absolutely certain about. Many years later, I was in a college science course when my prof announced that just because a theory has not been proven that that does not mean the theory is not a solid fact. So which way is it?

There are many robots which are able to walk and to climb stairs but why no company creates a robot for disabled people who can't walk?

Imagine a diabled person walking on his feet with the help of a robot, instead of being on a weelchair. That's not impossible.

The experiment consisted of every time feeding the dog, a bell was rung, over time, just the ringing of the bell made the dog think that he was going to be fed. This was proven to show a very primal learning behavior. I need help. I know the name when I hear it, but I can't seem to think of it off the top of my head.
