does anyone out there have any ideas for science fair projects for 7th graders... i dont want any easy easy ones but i want something that gives me a challenge. also my school doesnt allow paper volcanos...and where not allowed open flames....ect. anything that is a hazard...... have any ideas? please help me

How about a miniature player piano (or other inexpensive, small item), hooked up to a photovoltaic cell with a bright flashlight providing the energy??? I have no idea if this is within the range of knowledge of a 7th grader, but 'tis a thought.

put flower pots on each side of your house. see which plant grows the most.
