No, all noble gases, some metals, and still some other elements don't form compounds. However, some other elements form diatomic compounds like H2, O2, ... A diamond has its carbon atoms linked, but still its formula is C. Metals that can exist by themselves are Au, Ag, Hg, Pt, ...
An exception is xenon hexafluoride.

yes, Atoms form compounds by losing, gaining or sharing enough electrons to achieve the outer electron configuration of a noble gas .
Atoms form compounds to fill their outer energy level with eight electrons.
Atoms form compounds by sharing electrons to create full - levels which keeps them balanced and uniform

No. There are molecules of, say, pure iron- two atoms of iron. Also, there are some inert compounds that never combine into compounds- gold, for example. Also, the inert gasses- Helium Neon Argon Krypton Xenon Radon
Ununoctium. The last exists only in theory. It has never been isolated.

to be more specific, most of the noble gases do not form compounds, through some work Xenon will form a compound with Flourine XeF6

More or less. Some elements are more reactive than others.

Even noble gases such as Neon, Argon, and Krypton can form compounds, but not readily:

No, some of really really heavy elements are man made that are way too unstable.
