3 geniuses are looking for jobs. they go for this inteview & they all pass ! the inteviewer [a super intelligent man decides to give them an ultimate test. he blind folds them & tells them he is putting paint on their foreheads either white paint or black paint. he says if you see black paint on someone stand up - if you know the colour on your forehead raise your hand.

when the blindfolds were removed all 3 stood up

after some moments one guy raises his hand and says the correct colour on his head . what was it & how did he know ?

Hi all,

Previously i asked a questn for multiplying BIG nos (eg. 95*95, 65*65, 75*75,etc). One answerer gave a way for it.
""""
for squares of 5 (15*15, 25*25, 35*35) follow this rule
first digit * (1+first digit) then put the 25 after it.
15*15 = 1*2=2 ->225
35*35 = 3*4 = 12 ->1225
650*650 = 6*7 = 42 ->422,500
"""""""""
I thank her. Now apart from squares of 5, what are the ways for multiplying BIG nos. QUICKLY (for eg. 68*69, 76*99, 366*98, 1658*463,1532*2351, etc........................)
Pl give me a way for multiplying large nos quickly.

Thanks........

For any triangle, develop a formula [or algortihm] that will find the length of the segment that connects the vertex of a triangle to any point on the opposite side. For example, in the diagram, your formula or algorithm would help someone calculate the length of segment CD. Click this link to view the picture.

Just for your information, this is no sort of homework, project, essay, etc. It is mainly extra credit, so it's not my teacher has reviewed this. Obviously I can't ask my teacher for help, mainly because it's extra credit.
