That means in class I would have more anxiety or nervousness compared to a normal student when I have to:

- do presentations (this worries me the most)
- raise my hand and ask for a question
- answering a question infront of the class
- group assignments or study buddies; I'd rather work alone.

If I can see the professor privately after class and ask for help, then I would have no problem doing that. Does anyone here sound like me? Did you get your degree and now working for a company? Or did was it so bad that you dropped out of college?

Build another hexane molecule and place it alongside the first one you built.

Convert one of the terminal methylene groups (—CH3) on each molecule into a carboxyl group: (hexanoic acid (L, B)

What type of biomolecule have you created? Label the carboxylic terminal group

Orient (B) the two molecules so that portions of the molecules that would normally form intermolecular bonds lie next to each other.

Create a double bond between the third and fourth carbon atoms.

Describe the change in the overall shape of the molecule caused by the introduction of a carbon-carbon double bond

Keeping the carboxyl groups as close to one another as possible, orient the molecules parallel to each other

Construct four water molecules and place them around the organic molecules (hexanoic acid) oriented according to the type of intermolecular bonds they would form. In this drawing you will have a molecule of hexanoic acid surrounded by four water molecules

does any one have a link?

I have a condo that was built in the 70s.

In many of my light fixtures where incandescent light bulbs work perfectly, compact florescent light bulbs won't work.

In some sockets, they won't work at all.
In others, they will flicker, be dim, or work intermittently.
In others, they work all the time - no problems.

Changing the fixture does not appear to have a significant effect. I have changed light fixtures in a few places, and if the CF bulb had problems before, it will have problems with the new fixture as well.

Any idea as to a cause or a possible resolution?

There are electrostatic air filters but haven't seen a carpet cleaner. Carpets are major harbourers of mites, dust and grime and sweeping and hoovering would seem to increase the static charge of the carpet. If you passed an electrostatically charged element over the carpet the undesirables would cling to the element which could then be discharged in the rubbish. My degree from Dogpatch Insititute of Technology isn't enough for me to reason the whole idea out.
