None. The environmentalists, in league with Big Oil, have kept them from being built, or scared potential owners away, with all the propaganda and legal threats.

It has been good for environmental and globalist interests to keep America dependent upon foreign oil.

Ask again in about five years and I predict the answer will be "more than ten." One of the first will likely be in Texas.

The last US reactors were completed about 20 years ago. Most of the experienced engineers who were involved in building the plants are nearing retirement age.

Not enough.

I believe that one new permit has recently been obtained; I recall hearing about it on the news, but I honestly don't recall where the site was to be.
